#13 Experience 10 new things in Provo (6/10): Provo Airport

HOW could you live in a city for 8 years and not have gone to the airport, you ask? It's only 3.4 miles from where I live--a whopping 8 minute drive. And, according to Google, it's the 2nd busiest public airport in Utah. I just learned that. Who wouldda thunk?

Well, let me offer up my defense.
1. It's in the middle of nowhere.

 

2. Until last year, it didn't offer any commercial flights, just hobbiests who fly small planes used it.

But now Allegiant Air flies there. And one of their planes brought my mommy last weekend. And it was wonderful. :)

#72 Try 100 new recipes (12/100): Thai Yellow Curry

I've been on a Thai food kick, so after doing Mango Sticky Rice, I had to try some yellow curry. I like yellow better than red or green.

So I found this recipe. I didn't have Thai chili peppers and didn't even want to look for "fish sauce" (eww!), so I didn't do those parts. But maybe it would've made it better. My dinner group LOVED it, but I thought it was mediocre. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars.
